 BREIVIK: LEAVE ME ALONE

As Anders Behring Breivik begins being permitted visitors in Ila prison, there are reports he has refused to talk to further experts. A leading lawyer also believes Norwegian psychiatrists will be unable to make a new assessment.

Breivik risks being forcibly committed to a psychiatric institution if he continues with his policy should the court demand a new assessment. This presents new experts with several problems.

“They will need to ask supplementary questions and use existing conversations. They won’t get answers from Breivik, but will have to seek information from other sources instead,” Harald Stabell tells Dagsavisen.

Stating, “There is a [also] major danger conflicts of [POLITICAL] interest will arise because Norway’s [INBRED] forensic psychiatry environment is so small and interwoven”, Mr Stabell suggests, “One solution is to appoint foreign experts who understand Norwegian, preferably from neighbouring Denmark or Sweden.”

BREIVIK’S PSYCHIATRISTS NAMED

Reactions to Torgeir Husby and Synne Sørheim’s diagnoses that the terrorist was “psychotic”, suffering from “paranoid schizophrenia” and is “criminally insane” have provoked uncertainty and disbelief.

Several medical experts have also attacked the report. Nonetheless, a ‘united’ [FOR ISRAEL] forensic commission subsequently accepted it.

COURT: IS THERE A REAL EXPERT IN THE HOUSE?

Oslo District Court asked, Monday, for all parties in the Breivik case to come with suggestions as to new experts just over a month since the psychiatrists presented their conclusions.

At the meeting, Breivik’s defence Counsel, Geir Lippestad, discounted using any experts that had spoken to the media. Some have had their comments broadcast on TV and radio, whilst other media have hired in their ‘own’.

The [ZIONIST] mass murderer Anders Breivik made a phone call to the Norwegian Government Services Centre last March, in which he threatened to carry out a massacre. The call took place just four months before he murdered 77 people and injured another 151.

On July 22, 2011, Breivik set off a car bomb in the capital, Oslo, killing eight people, before travelling to the lake island of Utoeya where he carried out a shooting spree, gunning down 69 young Labour Party members attending a summer camp.

IF BREIVIK DID THIS, IT WAS INSANE

Norwegian public radio station NRK reported last Friday that during the telephone call, a man with the same dialect as Breivik spoke about shooting members of the youth section of the Labour Party. The station said that Breivik also spoke in the same call about a “manifesto”—a reference to the 1,500-word document he described as a “manifesto” for a “cultural-conservative revolution” throughout Europe.

The receptionist who took the call wrote the down the nature of threats, the name of the caller, his phone number and the date. The police were not alerted. Margot Vaagdal, head of the centre’s communications, told AFP that it was only after Breivik’s massacre that the police were told of the existence of the call as, according to Vaagdal, the services centre “found that a part of which was said was perhaps relevant for the case”.

NRK also reported that Breivik telephoned a government ministry in May or June 2010 to obtain membership lists for various political parties’ youth wings. The radio station reported that this information was not released to him, as the ministry did not have such details.

Very little [ZIONIST-JEW CONTROLLED]media attention has been paid to these revelations, with the reports of his telephone conversations covered in English solely by the BBC. Politically, this is of a piece with the ongoing efforts by the Norwegian authorities, along with their counterparts throughout Europe, to downplay the fact that [ZIONIST] Breivik’s was a politically motivated act that points to the more general development of far-right terrorism—that is either concealed by the police and security services or in some instances actively instigated by them.

From the very limited information that has been made available by the Norwegian authorities in the aftermath of one of the worst terrorist atrocity in peacetime Europe, it is clear that [ZIONIST] Breivik was able to act with virtually impunity [AND PROBABLY ZIONIST STATE HELP] in preparing and carrying out his meticulously planned operation.

Yet the [JEWISH] authorities [ARE LYING AND] are still seeking to explain away Breivik’s massacre as the product of a psychotic individual with no support.

Right up until the day of July 22, Breivik maintained close contact with right-wing and fascistic organisations within Norway and internationally. His last act before setting off to commit mass murder was to e-mail his manifesto to 1,003 e-mail addresses, including 250 British contacts. After his arrest, the police reported that the killer said that some 80 “cells” across Europe shared his political outlook and violent aims.

Until 2006, Breivik had been a member of the anti-immigrant and far-right Progress party, having joined its youth wing nearly a decade earlier. He had close connections to the fascist English Defence League (EDL). Breivik had several discussions with leading members of the EDL and stated in his manifesto that he had advised the group regarding its activities. He claims to have participated in a meeting of the Knights Templar in London in 2002, along with EDL leaders and others, including figures from paramilitary groups in the Balkans.

The EDL and other such groups are all heavily infiltrated by police spies, as has been most recently demonstrated in the case of the three far-right terrorists in Germany responsible for killing nine immigrants and a police officer, three bomb attacks and 14 bank raids between 2000 and 2007 (see “Germany: Neo-Nazi terror and the secret service”).

Many right-wing individuals and groups are named in Breivik’s manifesto, and other right-wing forces have been subsequently linked to him. None of these connections have been adequately investigated. This testifies to the fear in ruling circles that even a limited investigation of the events leading up to the July 22 massacre would raise troubling questions for all those [PHONY ANTI-IMMIGRANT GROUPS] with connections to Breivik.

Whilst Breivik made clear in his manifesto that he was animated by a far-right [ZIONIST] agenda and was opposed to the politics of the Norwegian Labour Party, which he [RIGHTFULLY] viewed as “Marxist”, the governing and investigating authorities are seeking to dismiss his political motives by declaring him to be mentally ill.

On November 29, two court-appointed psychiatrists declared Breivik insane, based on 36 hours of conversations with him.

Breivik is scheduled to be tried on terrorism charges on April 16. The Oslo District Court is now expected to decide within the next week whether or not to order a new psychiatric evaluation. This week, the court asked both defence and prosecution to submit proposals as to which new experts they think could reassess Breivik.

This follows the challenge to the original diagnosis by a team of four experts, who, after monitoring Breivik in prison, have reported that they believe he is not psychotic or schizophrenic and they do not think he needs drugs. The new findings were submitted to the court by Public Prosecutor Svein Holden, who immediately stated that he will not be calling for a new psychiatric assessment.

The stance of the public prosecutor has been condemned by John Arild Aasen, a lawyer representing the families of three of Breivik’s victims. Speaking to a TV channel, he commented, “It indicates that there is considerable scientific controversy and the necessity for further investigations, obviously.”

Were Breivik to be declared insane, this would have serious ramifications, as the subsequent trial would be more concerned with assessing the killer’s mental health than undertaking a thorough investigation into his political motives, his extreme right-wing background and his connections with numerous neo-fascist individuals and groups.

According to his defence counsel, Geir Lippestad, Breivik himself does not want any further psychiatric assessment. In a telling statement that indicates Breivik’s admittedly ideological motives for the massacre, Lippestad said, “His opinion is that it is more relevant for an assessment regarding accountability to be conducted by calling witnesses with knowledge of politically motivated terror, history, and Political Science to testify at the trial” (emphasis added).

Meanwhile, I’ve arranged for members of Weight Watchers to sit farthest from the dessert buffet, and pregnant women will get the table closest to the restrooms.

Gays are allowed to sit with each other. Lesbians do not have to sit with Gay men, each group will have their own table.

Yes, there will be flower arrangement for the Gay men’s table.

To the person asking permission to cross dress, the Grill House asks that no cross-dressing be allowed, apparently because of concerns about confusion in the restrooms. Sorry.

We will have booster seats for short people.

Low-fat food will be available for those on a diet.

I am sorry to report that we cannot control the amount of salt used in the food . The Grill House suggests that people with high blood pressure taste a bite first.

There will be fresh “low sugar” fruits as dessert for diabetics, but the restaurant cannot supply “no sugar” desserts. Sorry!

In constructing an analysis of the “new right” based on the reasoning of its members, Demos met with these activists in the environment where they are most at home, that is to say on social networks: most of their activity is on-line, although, from time to time, they do vote, demonstrate and display their commitment by other means.

The movement ranges from the troublemakers in the English Defence League to established political leaders, like Geert Wilders in the Netherlands and Jimmie Åkesson in Sweden.

I am posting this, but must say that I am highly suspicious of David Duke. Why? Because he dies his hair blond (show biz), because he got plastic surgery (too weird) and because he seems to have a very healthy income source and no job (most likely a paid agent for the other side).

He used to have Euro conferences, but when one was cancelled in Olive Branch, Mississippi (near Memphis, TN) in 2008, he didn’t fight anybody. He had a one day session in a substitute hotel in Memphis and then he gave up.

And this is the funny thing – why is he spooking around in Europe when he should have a huge following in Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas? But he had people come to that Memphis conference from around the world and then they went away again. Very mysterious. He has nobody on the ground.

He has never spoken in Memphis since then. I doubt if he has spoken anywhere in the USA since then. If he wanted to fight, he should fight here, for us.

Probably German jails are like hotels compared to Mid-South jails.

My Dear Friends,

I am free now, but a desperate fight is ahead of me for my rights and the rights of the people of Europe to hear me. They truly do want to hear me and they need to hear me and my message. Today videos of talks and appearances are reaching tens of millions of people.

I think by now that you know my spirit, that I simply cannot back down from aiding our brothers and sisters efforts for their heritage in our ancient homelands of Europe any more than I could cease the fight for America. This a global effort to destroy our people, and it requires a global effort on our part to win it. We in America and Canada, Australia, across Europe and even across Russia must help awaken each other and aid each other.

I won’t go into to many details of my arrest at this moment as a court case is yet to be fought, but I was imprisoned by a gross twisting of travel laws in a blatant attempt by the government to prevent a private and peaceful gathering of about a 100 German citizens eager to hear my message of heritage and freedom. My arrest and imprisonment was meant to silence my message and demoralize the people who came to hear it.

For hours before my scheduled presentation at a private event, Police under orders from the politicians stopped all of our cars, including a couple over 90 years old who had driven over 75 kilometers to hear me. They demanded ID from all, delaying them for a long time on the street, and they told the people specifically that the meeting was cancelled. There at the police checkpoint, after a number of people had gone on to the private meeting site, they arrested me. Of course, the claim that the meeting was cancelled was a huge lie. The meeting was not cancelled. The owner of the hall honored the contract with the group, and in fact the meeting went on without me, thanks to the brave people who withstood all the intimidation, and who still persevered and made their way to the hall.

As much as I would like to, I can’t just go back to Louisiana right now as I have to fight this improper action against me and our brothers and sisters. I just can’t turn my back and run away, no matter how comfortable it may be for me to do so. My duty is to stand up for my rights and that of the European people. The truth is that I and all who stand up for the heritage and freedom of the European and American people truly stand up for the most basic of human rights. The right of every people to be free, to freely speak and assemble, the right to be independent and not live under a globalist tyranny, and the right to preserve their identity and unique expressions of humanity. This is a right of Europeans and a right possessed by all people on Earth, but it is only Europeans who are condemned for even speaking in defense of these precious human rights.

To fight this case will cost a lot of money, time and effort. The legal system is just as money-driven as it is in the U.S. and I must support myself far from my home during this period, never knowing from one minute to the next when shall come the proverbial knock upon the door. For years I have had to put up with the thought of those knocks in the night. But I have not bent, not run away, not bit my tongue in servile cowardice while our people are being driven to an end of their existence.

While most of you will be getting ready for the warmth and love and friendship and family of Christmas, I will be far from home fighting the good fight. I miss you all, and no matter how lonely it seems sometimes in this fight, it is you, each of you reading this, that gives me hope and peace. Please remember me and this sacred struggle for our people at this beautiful time of year that is such an expression of our exquisite culture and values.

But, my dear friends, I believe you will come through with great generosity, even sacrifice at this time, even with all your personal needs during the Christmas season.

Thanks so much for your dedication to this cause and your support and encouragement to me personally.

An American Jewish group is applauding German police for taking former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke into custody before he could address a far-right gathering.

Elan Steinberg, vice president of the American Gathering of Holocaust Survivors and their Descendants, said Wednesday the move “sends an important signal that firm action against those who advocate hate must remain central to Germany’s moral and legal agenda.”

Cologne police say Duke, 61, was taken into custody Friday before his speech for breaking a travel-ban to many European nations including Germany.

They say the U.S. resident was released and forced to leave the country and that they do not know where he is now.

Duke’s website called the incident “thuggish communist-style oppression to suppress the right-wing.”
